Meetings of Hound Parish Council will take place at either Abbey Hall or Hound Parish Council and the dates for these will be advertised on the website and in the parish office window.
The agenda will be published 3-5 working days prior to each meeting.
Members of the public are very welcome to attend Hound Parish Council's meetings, but public participation is allowed only by invitation of the Council.
All meetings commence at 7pm unless otherwise specified and take place at the following venues:
Abbey Hall (AH), Victoria Road, Netley Abbey, Southampton, SO31 5FA
Hound Parish Hall (HPH), Woolston Road, Butlocks Heath, Southampton, SO31 5FR
- The Annual Parish Assembly is a public open meeting chaired by the Chair of Hound Parish Council. This is not a Parish Council meeting. Guest speakers & representatives of local groups are invited to make presentations and the Chair presents the annual report on the work of Hound Parish Council over the past year.
- The Annual Meeting of Hound Parish Council is the meeting when a new Chair and Vice-Chair are elected to serve for the forthcoming council year.
