After discussions with parishioners at the engagement sessions, we wanted to clarify that the concept designs that were created to help everyone visualise some of our early ideas, (including incorporated ideas which would help to pay for the works and provide ongoing commercial returns) are only ideas and that ABSOLUTELY NO plans have been formally proposed, voted upon or approved. We also wish to make it clear that for any plans to be formally considered and progressed they would have to receive a majority support from the residents of the Parish to be approved. A Parish Hall will remain on both sites based on all of the potential outcomes of this redevelopment consultation.
Should parishioners support redevelopment of one or both halls, then a working group would be created which we would welcome parishioners to join. If we receive significant interest and if voted upon and agreed we may investigate splitting the working groups to one per hall. The group(s) would work through the ideas and feedback to create the building(s).

The Parish Council are currently exploring the possibility of redeveloping and/or updating one or both of Abbey and Hound Parish Halls and we are looking for feedback from parishioners on whether you would support the idea of works being undertaken on one or both halls.

- Tuesday 14th September we will be in Hound Parish Hall between 7pm and 9pm.
- Saturday 25th September we will be outside the Parish Office between 10am and 12pm.
