A Parish plan is a plan formulated by the people of the Parish for the people of the parish. It is used at Local government level (Eastleigh) when they are considering what funds an area needs. Hound currently has no parish plan (many parishes don't) and we would like to make one. Therefore, we are in the early stages of creating one. If you would like to take an active part in the formulation of the plan - no matter how small, then please get in contact with the Parish offices asap.
