Do you walk your dog in Netley or Hamble?
We would like to reach out to dog walkers in the Netley and Hamble areas and ask you to look out for anyone acting suspiciously on your day time walks after a man indecently exposed himself to children at Hamble Primary School. The man did this twice, once in November 2018 and once in January 2019. The man has been described as: • White • Aged between 18 and 30-years-old • Slim or medium build • 5 ft 8/10 in • Face covered, at the time, with a balaclava or similar item that only shows his eyes • Often wearing all black clothing including a hoody. We have been working hard to identify this man since the first incident that occurred in November. We have been working closely with the school and using a variety of police tactics to trace him, including increased patrols. Because this area is so close to some popular dog walking spots, we wanted to ask you to be alert to anyone you think seems out of place. Please just call 101 or 999 if it’s happening now. Thank you.
