The temporary removal of the time restrictions has now ended as of Monday 8th March.
Hampshire County Council are from Monday 25th January withdrawing the restrictions on the Concessionary Bus Pass. This means that for a temporary period those who qualify will be able to travel free before 09.30 Monday to Friday. Southampton City Council are also relaxing their rules so a trip from Hamble/Netley to Southampton General Hospital which requires a change of bus in Woolston or the City Centre as an example will be free throughout. This change to the Concessionary Travel Pass rules is to assist people getting to vaccination locations. Xelabus are offering all people travelling to a vaccination location free travel.
